ewatchfactory corp. warrants your ewatchfactory brand watch for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The ewatchfactory limited warranty covers material and manufacturing faults. This warranty is non-transferable.

This limited warranty covers the watch movement only and does not apply to any part of the watch not expressly warranted, nor does it cover damage or defect caused by abnormal or unreasonable use, or as a result of any repairs or servicing to the watch provided by any organization other than ewatchfactory corp. or its authorized service center. For example the following items are NOT covered by the warranty: watch strap or bracelet, watch battery, glass, plating or color fading.

In case of defects covered by this warranty, your ewatch brand watch will, at the sole option of ewatchfactory corp., be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty becomes void in the event any person not duly authorized by ewatchfactory attempts to repair the claimed defect.

As a condition to this warranty, a letter expressly detailing the problem or work required and either the ewatchfactory warranty card or the original purchase receipt must always accompany the watch if it is sent to the authorized service center.

Under no circumstances will ewatchfactory corp., be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. ewatchfactory's obligation is strictly limited to repair or replacement as expressly stated in this limited warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of quality and performance, written, oral or implied, and all other warranties including any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. In no event shall ewatchfactory corp. or its affiliates be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
